My name is Todd Connelley and I solve problems. My tools are words, ideas, strategy, and leadership.  

 

For 20+ years I’ve solved problems for iconic brands like Bacardi, American Airlines, Absolut, Nationwide Insurance, The Texas Rangers and many more. My work has spanned the full 360 including brand, digital, social, experiential and shopper marketing.

.

Solving problems has allowed to me grow in ways that constantly surprise me. I’ve pitched and won accounts that transformed agencies. Lead creative teams big and small. And developed relationships with clients, creatives and account service folks that endure to this day.  

 

I’ve learned a lot through the years but mostly this, solving problems takes a village. This is collaborative business. It’s best to listen, empathize and lead by doing.
